The device has a set of N*M cylinders, each formed of n stacked and concentric cylinders (5), placed between two sides (1, 2) of an armor plate. Heights of the cylinders (5) represent thickness of the plate according to the shape and usage of the plate. Spaces between the set of cylinders are filled with hollow steel blocks (7) for reinforcing the plate.
