The device has a lock (4) engaged on a toothed slider (3) sliding across linear grooves (9, 10) located opposite to each other in a rotor (1) and a stator (2), respectively. The lock immobilizes/releases the rotor with respect to the stator through a key based on its position on the slider. The key has pins (11) that are introduced in locking lines for pushing slider to allow the lock to be at a position allowing lock opening.
