The book has front and rear covers, and sheets of different thicknesses carrying drawing or text to be viewed by an infant. Thick sheets (1) and thin sheets are made of soft material and rigid material, respectively, where the thinner sheets are constituted of two portions (2a, 2b). The thinner sheets are adhered onto a side of the thicker sheets, such that three of thinner sheet edges present an offset with respect to the thicker sheets.
