The apparatus has a guide-insert (11) extending along an axis (12) and guiding a fixation unit (13) towards a support material. A magazine (19) received in the apparatus is mounted to extend perpendicular to the axis with one end opened in the guide-insert. The guide-insert has a bore with a circular widened section (21) at the level of mouthpiece of the magazine. The section has a diameter equal to diameter of the guide-insert.
