The assembly has a butt hinge (1) with a part for support and fixation of the hinge (1) on an outer side of a door panel, and an articulation hinge (1b). The butt hinge is drilled with holes (1c) having the same diameter (D) of 8.2 mm, for receiving fixation units having centering arrangements with the holes. The units have diameters varying from 6 mm to 8.3 mm. The diameter (D) corresponds to the largest diameter of the units.
