The device has a structure (S) arranged in such a way to constrain a lower part (PIR) of a door. The door is driven between opened and closed positions by a motor (M) for allowing and forbidding access to a zone (ZA) of a workstation, respectively. A control module (MCT), coupled to another control module (MCE) of a control case (BC), authorizes opening and closing of the door based on instructions from the control case.
