The device has a computer (2) connected to a sensor (3) for peroperativly determining and storing data related to positions of femoral prosthesis axis. The computer peroperativly compares the positions with a mobility cone of the prosthesis to be implanted. A position of a rotation axis of the cone is adjustable with respect to a zone of a bowl (B) where implantation of acetabulum of the prosthesis is to be performed.
