A device for encasing, extracting and dosing fibres comprises a unit for encasing fibres at a constant density in a very long cylindrical plastic bag and a unit for extracting and dosing the fibres during the production of concretes and mortars. Independent claims are also included for: (A) a method for encasing fibres with the device; (B) a method for extracting and dosing fibres with the device.
