The device (1) has diodes (3) emitting laser radiations (6) in frequency range of 1.8-2.1 micrometer. A temperature control unit (9) controls temperature of the diodes such that wavelength of the radiation emitted by the diodes is controlled. An amplification unit amplifies the laser radiation emitted by the diodes. The amplification unit has an amplification fiber (4) doped by an ion with laser activity in an emission field of the diodes, and a Raman amplifying medium (5) modifying frequency of the amplified radiation issued from the amplification unit. The amplification fiber is doped with thulium, silica, fluoride glass and glass with lead germanate base and aluminum ions. The Raman amplifying medium is constituted by a parametric oscillator made of crystals e.g. zinc-germanium diphosphide or silver gallium selenite, and by a gaseous medium comprising hydrogen, nitrogen or methane gas. The amplifying medium is made of fluoride glass.
