The apparatus has a wash basin sink (34), and a device containing two decontamination enclosures, a lamp (50), a hand dryer (52) and a motor (54). A control device (60) has a synchronization device (62) to synchronize electric controls of the former device and sink using a water inlet (32), a water outlet (40) and an electric supply (64). The control device controls the former device and sink based on signals from the device (62).
