The device has two spring covering units (50) designed to hermetically close holes (130) for pins (30), where springs (40) are introduced in the holes. The covering units are presented under the form of plates and are installed in positioning slots (132) through positioning units (60), where the slots are placed at upper part of a cylindrical housing (10) at the level of outlet of the holes.
