The surface has two lenses receiving casing rings connected by a bridge, each ring defining a lens receiving zone (7) with front and rear surfaces on its inner periphery. A support surface (11) reduces section (X) of the zone. Each ring has two devices along its inner periphery to immobilize the lens, once applied against the surface (11), so that lens section is in intermediate position between non reduced and reduced receiving zones. An independent claim is also included for a spectacle frame comprising frame surface.
