The device has two organic light emission diode type electroluminescent diodes (110, 120) to produce light radiations of different luminance. A control unit (130) produces a current (id1) to control lighting from the diode (110). Another control unit (140) produces a current (id2) to control lighting from the diode (120). The total light radiation has a total luminance that is a combination of different luminance. An independent claim is also included for an organic light emission diode (OLED) type display or screen comprising a microelectronic device.
