The framework (1) has a hollow conductor that is filled with heat accumulating material. The framework is thermally insulated by an insulating material covering surface of the framework. A heat exchanger (4) composed of blades is connected with the framework, and collects and transmits the heat between two glazings to the framework. A heat exchanger (6) evacuates the heat accumulated on the framework.
