The caliper has a piston (7) sliding in a hydraulic actuator (6), and a hydraulic chamber with variable volume, containing hydraulic oil and arranged between the bottom of the actuator and the piston. A groove (13) is arranged in the body of the actuator, and a return joint (12) is housed in the groove. The body of the actuator is equipped with a groove tread (14) which extends from the chamber to the groove.
