The device has a rotating system with two wheels (R) connected through an endless flexible unit (ch) supporting an assembly having a bracket (S), a notch (S1) and a spring stem (6) destined to receive food supports. Food position varying unit (t) fixed at an upper horizontal surface of a body (C) exerts an effect to move dish gradually on the support such that cooking effect is uniformly distributed on the surface of the dish.
