The wheel has teeth delimited by a gear profile contacting a conjugated profile of a compatible sprocket wheel during gear mesh. The gear profile has a radius of curvature in a point that passes through the apices (S gh, S gd, S dh, S db) of an action curve (A) of contact points between the profiles in an orientation. Center of curvature of the gear profile coincides with a rolling point (T) in the point of the gear profile. An independent claim is also included for a gear comprising two inter-engaged toothed parts.
