Cosmetic composition (A) comprises a pulverulent phase (1) comprising pigments (I) (lesser than or equal to 15 wt.%) and concave particles (II), particularly in the form of portions of hollow sphere; and a fatty liquid phase (2) (lesser than or equal to 13 wt.%). An independent claim is also included for cosmetic procedure of makeup or nontherapeutic care of keratinic material of human being comprising, the application of (A) on the keratinic material (particularly skin).
