Device has an exchanger (7) situated in downstream of an anodic water recuperator (6) and in downstream of a cathode (5). The exchanger is designed to reduce the temperature of cathode flow coming out of the cathode, and in which anodic gases coming out of the recuperator exchanges thermal energy with gas provided from the cathode. The exchanger permits to increase the temperature of anodic flow in the outlet of the recuperator. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a fuel cell system water management device.
