The device (1) has a central unit (10) which is constituted of a hollow part that is connected to a rod, and a hollow hemispheric sensor fixed on the hollow part. The device functions in compression traction, flexion and torsion modes, where a restoring force and damping are obtained for each of three degrees of freedom relating to the modes. A spherical unit is perforated with an orifice in its vertical axis.
