PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a guide display in an accident useful for all users in a station yard.;SOLUTION: A detour suitability determination device 10 performs following processing with each target station with an object station as a starting point set as a processing object. In other words, based on the elapsed time from the occurrence of an accident, the present shortest time route to the target station with the object station as the starting point is searched and defined as the route in the accident. By comparing the present required time when the movement is made to the target station through a previously-described searched route in a normal condition with the present required time when the movement is made to the target station through the above-described searched route in the accident, it is determined whether or not the detour is suitable for the movement from the object station to the target station.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
