PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of determining simply effectiveness of an immunosuppressive agent in atopic dermatitis treatment, and a method capable of determining simply effectiveness of the immunosuppressive agent in the atopic dermatitis treatment and severity of atopic dermatitis. PSOLUTION: The method for determining effectiveness of a medical treatment of the immunosuppressive agent to the atopic dermatitis includes measurement of an anti-super antigen antibody in body fluid sampled from humans. The method for determining effectiveness of the medical treatment of the immunosuppressive agent to atopic dermatitis and severity of atopic dermatitis includes measurement of the anti-super antigen antibody in the body fluid sampled from humans.
