PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable toilet shower attachment which can be attached to the neck of a PET bottle to be used as a portable toilet shower, and to provide a portable toilet shower using this attachment.;SOLUTION: This portable toilet shower attachment 5 has a cap 500 which can be screwed with the screw of the neck of a PET bottle from which its original cap is removed after the bottle content such as pop drink and the like is taken out, a cleansing liquid passage 501 having a cleansing liquid outlet 5010 on its top, an air inlet 502 and an air valve 503. A hole is bored on the cap 500 and the cleansing liquid passage 501 is attached by inserting it. Next to the cleansing liquid passage 501 on the cap 500, the air inlet 502 and the air valve 503 are fixed. This portable toilet shower attachment 5 can be used by attaching it to the neck of a PET bottle and can be used as a portable toilet shower. By bringing this portable toilet shower attachment, one can make a toilet shower easily even on a travel or in foreign countries from a used PET bottle, which is used world-wide.
