PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a metallic gloss which is excellent in metallic gloss feeling and in which no hurt exists in its metallic gloss surface and a decorative molding using the sheet.;SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet having the metallic gloss, a decorative layer is formed on a substrate sheet, and an Sn film 6 having an island structure formed in a thickness to make the total light transmittance from the substrate sheet 1 side 10-35% and an Al film 7 formed in a thickness to make the total light transmittance 30-40% are adjoined/laminated as the decorative layer.
