PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative molding method and device capable of attaining the improvement of a yield of a molding material without spoiling the aesthetic appearance of a molded product.;SOLUTION: A decorative molding method includes: a step of arranging thermoplastic resin sheets P1 and P2 in a molten state at the lateral side of cavities so as to protrude to the surrounding of the cavities in a state of being separated from the cavities 116A and 116B of metallic molds 32A and 32B; a step of surface-adhering a decorative sheet D facing the thermoplastic resin sheet and held so as to protrude to the surrounding of the cavities in a state of being separated from the cavities of the metallic molds, to the thermoplastic resin sheet P to be laminated in a first closed space 230 formed in cooperation with the arranged thermoplastic resin sheet and the cavities; and pushing the surface-adhered thermoplastic resin sheet P and decorative sheet D to the cavities by vacuum suctioning the first closed space from a cavity side followed by contouring.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
