ANTISTATIC COATING COMPOSITION, ANTISTATIC FILM OBTAINED BY APPLYING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous antistatic coating composition without accompanying vaporized gas formation caused by an organic material during the process of drying to form a coated film, and capable of forming the coated film excellent in transparency, conductivity and solvent resistance, and an antistatic polyester film obtained by applying the same. PSOLUTION: This antistatic film having 10SP3/SP-110SP12/SP/SQUARE surface resistivity is obtained by forming a coated film consisting of the aqueous antistatic coating composition containing (a) 100 pts.wt. electroconductive polymer consisting of a polycationic polythiophene consisting of a recurring unit expressed by general formula [wherein, RSP1/SP, RSP2/SPare independently each other H or a 1-4C alkyl, or a 1-12 C alkylene by joining them together and optionally substituted] and a polyanion, and (b) 10-1,000 pts.wt. polyethylene glycol having 600 average molecular weight on at least one side surface of the polyester film.
