PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control support structure of a floor and a floor vibration control support member exhibiting high impact sound insulating performance while keeping a floor level low, and preventing damage by vibration.;SOLUTION: Two vibration control plate spring members 4, 4 each with an inclined plate part 4a provided at an intermediate part, with one end side formed as an abutting part 4b on a floor material 1 and with the other end side formed as an abutting part 4c on a floor support backing 2, are interposed between the floor material 1 and the floor support backing 2, with the abutting parts 4b, 4b on the floor material 1 side facing each other, and the abutting parts 4c, 4c are fixed to the floor support backing 2 side with double coated tapes 6.
