PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication information writer with which the risk of the occurrence of problems such as spoofing can be avoided and information having highly reliable authentication information can be created.;SOLUTION: Authentication information comprising signature data encrypted with a private key and a public key certificate associated with the private key is prepared.
