PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an octopus-spawning fish bank which can surely fix and protect an octopus to promote the spawning of the octopus and can easily be made at a low cost. PSOLUTION: This octopus-spawning fish bank 1 is characterized by forming a tunnel 3 having a prescribed depth in a natural stone 2, forming a penetrated hole 4 penetrated from the rear portion of the tunnel 3 to the rear side of the natural stone 2 and having a smaller diameter than that of the tunnel 3, disposing a lid 5 in the front portion of the tunnel 3, and forming an entrance hole 6 having a smaller diameter than that of the tunnel 3 and permitting the passage of an octopus in the lid 5 to form in the natural stone a living space 7 where the octopus can live and spawn.
