PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coating a hollow-fiber hemocatharsis membrane with surface modifier capable of widely applying various types of surface modifiers such as hydrophilic agent, antithrombotic and antioxidant to various types of blood internal perfusion type hollow-fiber hemocatharsis membranes such as a hemodialysis membrane, a hemofiltration membrane, a hemodiafiltration membrane and a plasmapheresis membrane, and highly efficiently and sufficiently exhibiting characteristics given by the surface modifier while retaining its permselectivity and to provide a surface modifier coated hollow-fiber hemocatharsis membrane provided by using the same method and a surface modifier coated hollow-fiber hemocatharsis appliance formed by being filled with the surface modifier coated hollow-fiber hemocatharsis membrane.;SOLUTION: When coating the surface of the blood internal perfusion type hollow-fiber hemocatharsis membrane with the surface modifier, this method coats the coating object surface side of the hollow-fiber hemocatharsis membrane by introducing organic solvent solution, organic solvent dispersion liquid, or organic solvent suspension of the surface modifier thereto, while pressurizing the opposite surface of the coating object surface of hollow-fiber hemocatharsis membrane.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
