PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot cover for orthopedics which has sufficient air permeability in spite of providing an upper structure covering nearly whole area of the upper face of the foot, can achieve improvement of stain prevention of a fixing material, furthermore has a simple structure and is easy to mount.;SOLUTION: The foot cover for orthopedics has an out sole 1, for example a right upper 3b, left upper 3a for covering nearly whole area of the upper face of the foot, right/left connection parts (6a, 6b), right/left lock parts (8a-8c) and an upper joining part 5, and is equipped with an upper part constituted so as to be openable/closable to right and left at the upper part.
