PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique for performing the chiral sensing of chiral molecules having a wide range of sizes and types with high sensitivity.;SOLUTION: The circular dichroism spectrum of a host-guest complex with a guest compound, where both the ends of a target chiral molecule are decorated by a bipyridine ring, or the like, is measured with a compound in a dendorimer structure, where porphyrin expressed for example by a chemical expression in Figure is spread three-dimensionally, as a host compound. In figure, n, X, Z, Y, and M indicate an integer of 1-10 (preferably an integer of 1-3), for example ester bond, for example a benzylether group, for example a hydrogen atom, and zinc, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
