METHOD FOR ANABIOSIS OF EVISCERATED MAMMAL ORGAN PRESERVED BY USING CARBON DIOXIDE (CO2 CALLED AS CARBON DIOXIDE GAS ) AS VITAL ACTIVITY TERMINATING GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the preservation period of organs from 4 hours which is the upper limit in conventional preservation method most frequently used in the human heart transplantation operation using natural water based on physiological saline water as a preservation pretreatment liquid for the eviscerated organ and to solve the problem of severe deficiency of donors relative to the increasing number of recipients in spite of the established organ transplantation by the development of excellent immuno-suppressive agent and the improvement of medical technology.;SOLUTION: The method for prolonging the preservation period of organs and improving the anabiotic efficiency is characterized by the use of carbon dioxide gas of high partial pressure as the vital activity terminating gas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
