PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming two dimensional code on a metal surface which is not easily peeled off and is clear so as to be read, and an ornament with the two dimensional code formed based on this method.;SOLUTION: The method for forming the two dimensional code for forming the two dimensional code on the metal surface, comprising a step (S11) for painting, a step (S12) for imprinting, and a step (S13) for peeling paint film, forms colored paint film on the metal surface in the step (S11) for painting, imprints from the paint film to the metal surface in the step (S12) for imprinting so that the two dimensional code made by the light and dark pattern of the specific cell for forming the two dimensional code is formed, and peels off at least either the light part or dark part of the imprinted light and dark pattern, which makes the two dimensional code, in the step (S13) for peeling paint film.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
