PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document history management apparatus that can reduce a load on a user by streamlining the creation, editing, updating, display, reuse and the like of document files of text and the like. PSOLUTION: The document history management apparatus creates document files wherein every document in the document files is provided with a style sheet of the document, stores a style sheet management information table corresponding to the style sheets in a DB 105, receives a user's input information via a start screen 501 to refer to the style sheet management information table, displays a document file corresponding to the input information, and updates the style sheet and style sheet management information table according to the contents of editing of the displayed document file.
