PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw rotation number controlling method which does not require hands of a worker, and can change to an arbitrary rotation number in steps, or gradually linearly or in curves, automatically and at an arbitrary time when the screw rotation number of an extruder on an on-line blend-injection-molding machine is started, or is changed during the operation, and to provide the on-line blend-injection-molding machine having the extruder using this method.;SOLUTION: In this screw rotation controlling method for the extruder in the on-line blend-injection-molding machine, at the time of starting, the screw rotation number is raised from 0 to a predetermined rotation number in steps within a specified period of time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
