PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating bond strength of a test chemical substance to an ecdysone receptor of a crustacea.;SOLUTION: The method for evaluating the bond strength of a chemical substance comprises evaluating the bond strength of a chemical substance to an ecdysone receptor by making a protein containing a specific amino acid sequence, a protein containing another specific amino acid sequence, a ligand and a test chemical substance exist in a solution and assaying the amount of the ligand bonded to the protein containing the former amino acid sequence. Gene expression proteins produced in transformants to which genes having corresponding base sequences are transferred are used as the proteins containing the specific amino acid sequences.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
