PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a fully variety of asparaguses, large-sized, medium-sized, and large-sized asparaguses to be delivered corresponding to many kinds of orders or cookery, and enable easy suckering and stock control and provide asparagus-cultivating method in which white asparagus can simply be turned to green asparagus. PSOLUTION: The cultivation apparatus 1 comprises a temperature controlling means 2 that is equipped with air conditioner for keeping the room at about 25C all through the year, a cultivation small house 4 having electric lamps 3 for emitting cultivation light, further, an open cultivation shelf 5 that permits the cultivation light of the lamp 3 to pass through and the dark room cultivation shelf 7 that has a plurality of dark chambers 6.
