PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for producing an allyl ether compound.;SOLUTION: The method for producing a (meth)allyl ether compound having no primary hydroxy group and having only tertiary hydroxy group comprises the following process: For a reaction product obtained by reaction between a compound having primary hydroxy group and tertiary hydroxy group and a halogenated (meth)allyl compound in the presence of a base, the compound having primary hydroxy group and tertiary hydroxy group as unreacted component contained in the reaction product is extracted into aqueous solvent side and the objective (meth)allyl ether compound substantially having no primary hydroxy group and having tertiary hydroxy group in the reaction product is extracted into non-aqueous solvent side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
