PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prismatic sheet, the resistance against more alteration is given by improving the conventional prismatic sheet which has a pattern for filling up the unevenness of the uneven surface of the prismatic sheet. PSOLUTION: By overlaying the unevenness 3 on the under surface of a transparent sheet 2 with a transparent pattern layer 4 for patternwise filling up the unevenness 3 and a thin film layer 6 made of aluminum, copper or the like recordable thereon with a laser beam or the like and then recording an ID number or the like on the thin film layer, alteration becomes more difficult than ever and the collation with the recorded ID number can also become possible.
