PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which countermeasures for reducing breakage of a low-noise amplifying element constituting an image transmitting device can not be taken since the cause of breakage can not be specified through inspection after the breakage although the low-noise amplifying element breaks owing to mixture of electrostatic noise etc., abnormal approach of a helicopter, radio wave input of a transmitter with large-power output such as a control radar, etc.;SOLUTION: The image transmitting device comprises: an antenna portion; a distributor which distributes a signal inputted from the antenna portion; an amplifying device which amplifies and outputs a 1st signal from the distributor; and a data processor which detects and stores variation in a 2nd signal from the distributor, wherein the data processor is composed of a comparison portion which compares the 2nd signal with a designated reference level set based on the breakdown voltage of an amplifying element constituting the amplifying device and a storage portion which stores the output of the comparison portion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
