PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new immunocyte control/differentiation factor gene search method utilizing the transduction of a gene into a Pax5-defected pro cell B, and to provide a utilization for the function elucidation and immunotherapy of Rac1 and ERK5 by the method.;SOLUTION: This new immunocyte control/differentiation factor gene search method utilizing the transduction of a gene into a Pax5-defected pro cell B is established to obtain a new cell T reconstruction test system, and the function of Rac1, ERK5 and the like are elucidated by the utilization of the test system.
