PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily cut off the excess part of the wall on the surface side of a mortise-like grooved stripe after a lining material is joined.;SOLUTION: In the lining material joined so as to be expansible and contractible in its width direction by regulating the fitting depth of the mortise-like grooved stripe provided to one side part of the lining material and the mortise-like grooved stripe provided to the other side part thereof and formed so that the wall on the surface side of the mortise-like grooved stripe extends from the mortise-like grooved stripe in the fitted state of both stripes, a guide groove for guiding the movement of a cutter along the root of the mortise-like grooved stripe is provided at the position of the mortise-like grooved stripe covered with the wall on the surface side. After the lining material is joined to the inner surface, or the like of an existing pipe, the cutter is moved along the guide groove to cut the wall on the surface side to cut off the excess part of the wall on the surface side of the mortise-like grooved stripe.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
