PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscopic Raman spectral device and microscopic Raman spectrometric method that enable measurement of perpendicular scattered light, for example.;SOLUTION: The microscopic Raman spectral device 1 radiates a laser beam for excitation for exciting Raman scattering light to a sample via a first optical system 3, and disperses the Raman scattering light from the sample with a spectroscope 4 via a second optical system 5. The first optical system 3 is provided with an incidence side objective lens 11 for collecting the laser beam for excitation, and the second optical system 5 is provided with an exit side objective lens 12 for collecting the Raman scattering light.
