PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for performing power generation, power accumulation, power distribution and power supply by mutual conversion of light energy and electric energy.;SOLUTION: The system is mainly provided with a solar battery module 3, an artificial light source 4, a power accumulation facility 5, a wire, an electronic automatic control element, a component, and a load. Electric energy obtained from the solar battery module 3 by energy of sunlight is supplied to the artificial light source 4 which is arranged in a hollow structure and has an appropriate wavelength, and a plurality of solar battery modules 3 arranged on a side wall in the hollow structure are irradiated. Thus, a lot of electric energies are formed.
