PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared cryogenic background radiation source device for forming an infrared cryogenic background, by simple constitution.;SOLUTION: This infrared cryogenic background radiation source device is provided with a liquid nitrogen storage means for storing liquid nitrogen in the first inner space, a blackbody means of which the upper face of the first opposed part opposed to a bottom face of the liquid nitrogen storage means is black, arranged in the first inner space to be cooled by the liquid nitrogen stored in the liquid nitrogen storage means, a shielding hood means having a black side face, having an incident window of an infrared detector opposed to the upper face of the first opposed part, and having a lens barrel of the infrared detector inserted into the second inner space, and a dry air feed means for feeding dry air into the second inner space.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
