PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fatigue destruction specifying system capable of specifying the start point of fatigue destruction possible to occur in a test target and the presence of the progress of fatigue destruction by applying repeating load to the test target, and a fatigue destruction specifying method.;SOLUTION: The fatigue destruction specifying system 1 is constituted of an infrared camera 2, an imaging device for forming a dissipated energy image from the temperature change quantity photographed by the infrared camera 2, a strain gauge 4, a strain gauge output device 5 and an excitation device 6.
