PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consumption tax total system for preventing the forgetfulness of a consumption tax notification form to be reported and the mis-judgement of a reporting time for the consumption tax notification form, and to provide a consumption tax notification form management program. PSOLUTION: A consumption tax file is stored in which taxation sale amounts in at least a before-previous term, a previous term and this term and notification form history data for various consumption tax notification forms including reporting/application dates are registered by years. The taxation sale amounts and the notification form history data registered by years in the consumption tax file are read to form notification form management table data which combines the taxation sale amounts in at least five terms (the before-previous term, the previous term, this term, the next term, the after-next term) and the notification form history data in time series. In accordance with the formed notification form management table data, a notification form management table image plane which describes the taxation sale amounts in at least five terms (the before-previous term, the previous term, this term, the next term, the after-next term) and the notification form history data in time series is displayed on the display screen of a display means.
