PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supplying a computer with little or no prior investment cost. PSOLUTION: The system comprises a service provider, the computer and an optional fund account. The computer is substantially no good by itself unless it is put into a usable condition by the service provider. The service provider collects fund from a user for providing data necessary for the continuous operation of the computer. A coding means can be used for generating and receiving the data necessary for the continuous operation of the computer. Constraints which the computer imposes on itself include low-speed operation, low graphics function, communication restriction and peripheral equipment accessing restriction.
