DELIVERY DATE ANSWERING SYSTEM AND METHOD, AND DELIVERY DATE ANSWERING PROGRAM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery date answering system, a delivery date answering method and a delivery date answering program for performing the detailed allocation of products corresponding to the characteristics of clients. PSOLUTION: Clients are classified into first and second categories, and when an inquiry for the delivery date is made for prescribed products from the clients belonging to the first category, the predetermined products are allocated in the range of the first quantity, and when an inquiry for delivery date is made for the predetermined products from the clients belonging to the second category, the prescribed products are allocated in the range of the second quantity which is smaller than the first quantity. Then, a term when the allocated products can be delivered the latest is calculated as the delivery date of answer. Thus, it is possible to perform the detailed allocation of the products corresponding to the characteristics of the clients by making different the possible number of allocation according to the categories by classifying the clients into the first category and the second category.
